So here we are.. The final quest of Act I, and a rather tough one if I may say so!
When you talk to Cain he will tell you that you have to kill Andariel. To do so, you have to find her in the last level of the Catacombs.
In order to get to the Catacombs, you'll have to leave the Rogue Encampment into the Blood Moor, continue into the Cold Plains, the Stony Field, the Underground Passage level 1, the Dark Wood, the Black Marsh, the Tamoe Highland, the Monastery Gate, the Outer Cloister, the Barracks, the Jails which is a three level dungeon, the Inner Cloister from Jail level 3, the Cathedral, and Finally Catacombs level 1 from the Cathedral.
Andariel is found in the fourht level of the Catacombs and is waiting for you behind a huge door. You'll know it when you see it!
Andariel has a very dangerous poison attack with an incredibly long range, and a fatal melee attack so make sure you're not too close when she charges her melee attack. She also has a a 50 percent resistance to fire, lightning, and cold together with an 80 percent resistance to poison, so she will be a tough fight!
Any equipment that reduces the poison lenght would fit perfectly in this fight as you'll get poisoned a lot!
When you've killed her return to the Rogue Encampment through the Town Portal that appears to get your reward!
Your reward for Killing Andariel is lots of nice equipment and other stuff that she drops when she dies. You also get a town portal leading to the Rogue Encampment. If you talk to Warriv, the Caravan leader, he can take you to Lut Gholein which is in Act II, so that means you'll gain access to Act II by killing Andariel. I don't know if this is a reward, because it's a lot tougher in Act II, but anyways. You also get a glimpse of the Act II Cinematic when you decide to leave the Rogue Encampment and Cain will follow you on your trip, so you won't travel alone!
