You get this quest after reading the Moldy Tome which is a book located in the Stony Field.
To get to the Stony Field, leave the Rogue Encampment into the Blood Moor, continue into the Cold Plains and finally the Stony Field.
You should now find and enter the Forgotten Tower located in the Black Marsh. Continue from the Stony Field into the Passage Underground and use the exit leading to the Dark Wood. You should find the entrance to the Black Marsh from here.
Somewhere in the Black Marsh is the Forgotten Tower. It is a 5 level dungeon with the Countess waiting for you in the final level. She is fire enchanted which gives her fire damage and a 75 percent resistance to fire. So don't try to kill her with fire, unless you want a long fight!
The reward is lots of gold found throughout the tower and a chest filled with gold and other nice things.
