You have to free Izual from his imprisonment by killing him!
Details :
You will get this quest when you talk to the archangel Tyrael in the Pandemonium Fortress. He will tell you a story about a poor soul, who betrayed heaven and is now a fallen angel not trusted by hell or heaven!
This fallen angel is called Izual and is found in the Plains of Despair. To get to the Plains of Despair you have to leave the Pandemonium Fortress and head into the Outer Steppe and then the Plains of Despair.
The objective of the quest is to free Izual from his imprisonment in the demon by killing him. His spirit will then be released and you have to talk to him in order to complete the quest.
Return to Tyreal for your reward which is two skill points which you may use as you want to!
